We require 21 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date,

we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
* 30% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes

to 11 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
* 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes
from 10
to 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
* 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes
1day
prior to your scheduled arrival date.
* 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes
on your
scheduled arrival date or No show.
If you don’t hear from us.
Normally,we reply e-mai the day or the next day.
If you don’t hear from us within 48 hours,due to a possible mailer problem.
